We recommend taking 1 BrocElite® and 1 CurcElite® in the morning with breakfast, and 1 BrocElite® and 1 CurcElite® in the evening with dinner. 

Our recommended dose for CurcElite® is 2 capsules per day. You can take one in the morning with breakfast and one in the evening with dinner, or you can take both capsules at once. 

You can take CurcElite® either on an empty stomach or with food.
